DIGITAL IMAGE REFUND POLICY. Due to the nature of digital images there are no refunds for digital image purchases. Do not purchase images from this website if your not fully satisfied with the quality before purchasing. Image downloads are delivered instantly with payment confirmation.
PRINT SALES WARRANTY: If a print is damaged on receipt notify us within ten days for a return authorization. We will email you a prepaid return label, and on receipt we will reprint and re-ship your print immediately. The same warranty applies to framed print purchase options.
In no event shall WePixel.us nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and WePixel.us including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent WePixel.us from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
